Are Your Needs Being Met? (Ep. 003)

I've been going through some ups and downs lately. I went from having one of the most amazing birthday celebrations ever to having some really serious interpersonal challenges. In the midst of those challenges, I've also been fortunate enough to have people in my corner giving me love and reminding me to love myself.
