Whole Lotta Enterprises (WLE) is a unique hybrid enterprise located in Oregon’s Willamette Valley operating at the intersection of human potential development and engaging entertainment. We provide premier training, facilitation, and personal coaching services designed to unlock individual and organizational growth. Simultaneously, we conceptualize, develop, and produce diverse, high-quality entertainment content and experiences (e.g., live events, digital media, workshops). Our core philosophy is that profound growth and memorable engagement are deeply intertwined.

Our team

It is I, Xavier “xInYaFaceDotCom” Hudson. I am a family man, community member, and friend. I am an athlete, an entertainer, and an artist. I am an advocate, educator, and coach. I, like many others, have a whole lotta facets to my life and a whole lotta gifts to offer. Again, like many others, my professional career has required me to conform and assimilate into the respective teams, structures, and communities of various jobs. Although able to channel portions of my knowledge, skills, and talents throughout, producing positive results, I believe the outcomes will be even greater if allowed to share more of my gifts. Rather than hanging my hopes on finding the perfect role within an organization, I chose to create my own.

Whole Lotta Enterprises, LLC is a shared platform for our community members to find, articulate, cultivate, and embody their gifts. By coming together and sharing our gifts, we thrive both individually and collectively. I look forward to working with you.
